By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, package, membership or gift card, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bl-card\">\n<div class=\"bl-lbl\">The short version<\/div>\n<div class=\"bl-g\">\n<div class=\"bl-gt\">A $30 deposit, only the first time or when you book online<\/div>\n<div class=\"bl-gd\">It comes off the price of your treatment, it is never charged on top. Consultations are free and need no deposit.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bl-g\">\n<div class=\"bl-gt\">Please give us 24 hours to cancel or reschedule<\/div>\n<div class=\"bl-gd\">With 24 hours&#8217; notice your deposit moves to your new date. Who We Are and What We Do<\/h2>\n<p>Body Lounge Med Spa provides elective, non-emergency aesthetic and wellness services, including body contouring, laser hair removal, facials and skin rejuvenation, injectables, IV therapy and medically supervised weight-management programs. All medical services are provided under the supervision of licensed professionals in accordance with Florida law. Our services are elective and cosmetic in nature and are not a substitute for care from your primary physician.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s2\">2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive services. Certain treatments are not available to clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who have specific medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any treatment when, in our professional judgment, it is not appropriate or safe for you.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s3\">3. Consultations, Medical History and Consent<\/h2>\n<p>Before your first treatment you must complete our intake and medical history form and sign the consent form for the specific treatment. You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your health, medications, allergies and prior procedures, and to update us if anything changes. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may affect your safety and your results, and releases Body Lounge from responsibility for outcomes caused by that information. Consultations are free of charge and do not require a deposit.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s4\">4. Booking Deposit<\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>$30 booking deposit<\/strong> is required (a) for your <strong>first appointment<\/strong> with Body Lounge and (b) for <strong>any appointment booked online<\/strong>. The deposit is <strong>not an additional charge<\/strong>: it is applied in full toward the price of your treatment at checkout. Clients with a treatment plan in progress or a purchased package who schedule with our front desk or through our messaging channels are not asked for a further deposit. Consultations never require a deposit.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s5\">5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows<\/h2>\n<p>Our team and equipment are reserved exclusively for you at your appointment time. Please give us <strong>at least 24 hours&#8217; notice<\/strong> to cancel or reschedule.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>24 hours or more of notice:<\/strong> your deposit is kept on your account and moves to your new date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Less than 24 hours of notice, or not showing up:<\/strong> the $30 deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to book again.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepaid or package sessions:<\/strong> a session that is missed without at least 24 hours&#8217; notice is considered used.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Late arrival:<\/strong> arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling the treatment, and may be treated as a late cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may cancel or reschedule by phone at (954) 849-8726, by WhatsApp or text message to the same number, or by replying to your confirmation email.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s6\">6. Pricing and Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are those in effect on the date of service and may change without notice; a purchased package or membership keeps the price paid at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full on the day of service unless you have a package, membership or approved payment plan. We accept major credit and debit cards and, for eligible purchases, third-party financing (for example, Cherry). Financing agreements are between you and the financing provider and are governed by that provider&#8217;s terms. Prices exclude gratuities, which are always optional.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s7\">7. All Sales Final \u2014 No Refunds<\/h2>\n<p><strong>All purchases of services, treatment sessions, packages, memberships, products and gift cards are final and non-refundable<\/strong>, whether paid in full or in installments. Unused package sessions are not refundable or redeemable for cash. If, in our professional judgment, a purchased treatment is no longer appropriate for you for medical reasons, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward another service of equal value. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s8\">8. Packages, Memberships and Gift Cards<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Packages<\/strong> are personal, non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of purchase unless a different term is stated in writing at the time of purchase. <strong>Memberships<\/strong> renew monthly and are governed by the membership agreement signed at enrollment, including its minimum term and its written-notice cancellation requirement; membership fees already charged are not refunded. <strong>Gift cards<\/strong> are redeemable only for services and products at Body Lounge, have no cash value, are not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Promotional offers, discounts and introductory prices are valid only for the period and conditions stated and cannot be combined unless expressly indicated.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s9\">9. Results Are Not Guaranteed<\/h2>\n<p>Aesthetic and wellness results vary from person to person and depend on factors including your anatomy, skin and hair type, lifestyle, adherence to pre- and post-care instructions, and the number of sessions completed. <strong>We do not guarantee any specific result<\/strong>, and the need for additional sessions or touch-ups does not entitle you to a refund. Images on our website and social media are illustrative; some may be stock or AI-generated images and do not represent a promise of outcome.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s10\">10. Pre- and Post-Treatment Care<\/h2>\n<p>You agree to follow the preparation and aftercare instructions we provide for your treatment (for example, avoiding sun exposure or certain medications before laser treatments). Failure to follow these instructions can reduce effectiveness or increase the risk of side effects and is your responsibility.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s11\">11. Clinical Photographs<\/h2>\n<p>Before-and-after photographs are part of your clinical record and are taken to document and monitor your treatment. These photographs are confidential and are not used for marketing. We will only use your images for marketing, social media or educational purposes if you sign a separate, specific marketing consent, which you may withdraw at any time for future use.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s12\">12. Communications and Automated Assistant<\/h2>\n<p>By providing your phone number and email you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and account notices from us by email, SMS\/text message and WhatsApp. With your separate opt-in you may also receive promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying <strong>STOP<\/strong>, and of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link. Some of our messaging channels are answered by an automated virtual assistant; you may ask to speak with a team member at any time. Please do not send urgent medical concerns by text or messaging: in an emergency call 911.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s13\">13. Conduct at Our Facility<\/h2>\n<p>We are committed to a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff. We may refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is abusive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in a way that compromises safety. Children may not accompany clients into treatment rooms and may not be left unattended in the reception area.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s14\">14. Website Use and Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>All content on bodyloungemedspa.com, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Body Lounge and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Website content is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice or create a provider\u2013patient relationship. Our website may link to third-party sites and tools (for example, online booking, financing or payment providers) that we do not control and for which we are not responsible.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s15\">15. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p>To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Body Lounge, its owners, medical director, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for professional negligence in the provision of medical services, which remains governed by the signed informed-consent documents and Florida law.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s16\">16. Disputes, Governing Law and Venue<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@bodyloungemedspa.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. <strong>To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action, and both parties waive the right to a jury trial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s17\">17. Chargebacks<\/h2>\n<p>By accepting these Terms when booking or paying, you acknowledge the deposit, cancellation and no-refund policies described above. Initiating a payment-card chargeback for a charge made in accordance with these policies is a breach of these Terms; we will respond to any chargeback with the booking records, signed consents and policy acknowledgments on file.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s18\">18. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n<p>We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available at bodyloungemedspa.com.
