Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and financing providers. We receive confirmation of the transaction and the last four digits of your card; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Access is limited to the professionals and staff involved in your care and to the administration of your account. Clinical photographs are used only to document and monitor your treatment; we never use your images for marketing, social media or education unless you sign a separate, specific marketing consent, which you may withdraw at any time for future use. To the extent that any of our services are covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we will handle protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and provide a Notice of Privacy Practices on request. We also comply with the Florida Information Protection Act and other applicable Florida privacy laws.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Service providers that operate on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, such as our practice-management and electronic records system, appointment and messaging platforms, email and SMS providers, automation tools, cloud storage, and website hosting.

Text-message consent is never shared. Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Text Messages, WhatsApp and Email

By providing your phone number you consent to receive transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and account notices) by SMS and WhatsApp. Promotional messages are sent only with your separate opt-in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance; you can also contact us at (954) 849-8726 or info@bodyloungemedspa.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop appointment-related messages. Some conversations are handled by an automated virtual assistant; you may ask for a team member at any time.

6. Cookies and Online Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to show relevant advertising.
