IV Therapy
Rehydrate, recover, reset, vitamins delivered directly, in an armchair built for staying.
What it is
Delivered directly.
Received quietly.
IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream, no digestion in the middle, no guesswork about absorption. Our nurse places the line; you settle into an armchair with a blanket and thirty to sixty quiet minutes.
Blends are chosen at your consultation, hydration after travel or heat, support through demanding weeks, recovery after training, and adjusted to how you actually live.
How it works
Three movements,
one quiet hour.
The blend
Chosen with our nurse, against how you feel, and what your weeks actually look like.
Settled in
The line is placed gently. Then: the armchair, the blanket, your book or your silence.
The drip does the work
Thirty to sixty minutes, unhurried, and you're free to go the moment it's done.

Questions, answered.
Does IV therapy hurt?
A small pinch when the line is placed, that's the whole event. After that you simply sit back while the drip runs.
What is in the drip?
Fluids, vitamins and minerals, blended to what you need, hydration, recovery, general support. The blend is chosen with our nurse at your consultation, never off a shelf.
How long does a session take?
Between thirty and sixty minutes, depending on the blend. Bring a book, answer emails, or close your eyes, the time is yours.
How often should I come?
There's no fixed rule. Some clients come monthly; others book around travel, training blocks or demanding seasons. Your consultation sets a sensible rhythm.
Is IV therapy safe?
The line is placed by our nurse in a sterile, professional setting, after a health screening. That screening is not optional, it's how we keep it safe.
Who should avoid IV therapy?
Certain kidney, heart and other medical conditions aren't compatible with infusion therapy. We review your health history at the consultation before any drip is scheduled.
